Ghanaian music heavyweights Shatta Wale, Freddie Meiwey, Kofi Kinaata and Empress Gifty are set to headline this year’s Nkrumahfest, scheduled for September 20, 2026, at Nkroful NASS Park.
The festival is expected to bring together music lovers, fans and residents for a memorable celebration featuring live musical performances, entertainment and cultural activities.
Dancehall superstar Shatta Wale is expected to bring his energetic stage presence to the event, while highlife and gospel stars Freddie Meiwey, Kofi Kinaata and Empress Gifty will add their unique musical styles to the lineup.
Nkrumahfest is expected to celebrate the legacy of Ghana’s first President, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, while creating a platform for music, culture, entertainment and community engagement.
With four major acts leading the bill, anticipation is already building ahead of the September 20 celebration at Nkroful NASS Park.
