The annual festival, now in its sixth year, is set to take place on Friday, December 23, at the Grand Arena (Accra International Conference Centre, AICC), for an immersive experience that seeks to unite African and Caribbean roots, as well as locals and visitors, through specially curated music, arts, and culture.

The Jamaican-born reggae and dancehall performer brings to this year’s edition of Ghana’s largest artiste-led musical extravaganza a flourishing career spanning two decades that shows no signs of slowing down.

SIGNAL’s ability to write lyrics and create out-of-the-box musical dialogues while fusing traditional Caribbean music with afro-beats, soca, edm, and hiphop has demonstrated his versatility, attracting the likes of prominent EDM group Major Lazer for the hits “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)” and, more recently, “Jump.”

Other collaborations with No Doubt, Damian and Stephen Marley, and others have expanded his international audience, while classics like “Come Over,” “Bedroom Bully,” “One More Night,” and others have remained favorites among his core Caribbean fanbase.

Bhim Concert, founded by renowned Ghanaian-international singer Stonebwoy, has established itself as Ghana’s largest and most well-attended artist-led music festival, building on the success of prior editions. Since its debut, the festival has presented a massive lineup of well-known musical artists from Africa and the Caribbean.

Recent Bhim Concert lineups have included special guests Morgan Heritage and Jamaican reggae and dancehall heavyweight Beenie Man, as well as some of the country’s most talented musical artistes, such as DBlack, MzVee, Samini, Sefa, Kofi Kinaata, and others, who all delivered memorable performances amid the concert’s incredible stage design, production, and enormous fan reaction.
